What is DomFit?

DomFit is an effective program designed for anyone looking to lose unnecessary weight, increase the level of their physical fitness, and have enough internal strength to successfully overcome the problems of everyday life.

With our exercises, healthy eating and collaboration within the DomFit community, you will be able to enjoy physical and mental health for several years to come.

DomFit is a unique program, based on the founder’s many years of sports experience as an active player, several years of coaching, and participation in countless courses and thematic training.

The Program consists of safe and effective exercises, combined with proven methods for healthy eating. The entire program is reserved in the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland.

The DomFit programme is not only about promoting physical activity and healthy eating, to allow you to quickly achieve a nice figure and improve your health and well-being.

You will also join a group of fellow trainees, meet new people, build social and sporting relationships through contacts with other members of the DomFit community, and set new goals in life; therefore helping you in the fight against stress and, as a result, leading to a mentally balanced and improved quality of life.

Founder Jerzy Domanski, an accomplished personal trainer, together with other people who have benefited from the effectiveness of DomFit, create helpful and friendly groups where relationships, motivation and knowledge exchange come first. They provide support for any moment of doubt. Bonds are formed through joint meetings and trainings, leading to a better quality of life.

Please note that before starting DomFit exercises, as with any other physical activity, it is mandatory to get your doctor’s approval regarding exercises and changes in daily nutrition.

For people who are either just starting, less physically fit or older, we recommend simplified versions of the exercises and lighter equipment weights.

Basic DomFit exercises

DomFit is based on 30 basic, well-known fitness exercises that form a total of 100 Exercise Sets.

These exercises have been carefully selected and are safe and effective, allowing for rapid progress. Some of them are only performed with your own body weight, e.g. push-ups or squats, while others are performed with equipment such as barbells for overhead presses or bars for jumping pull ups.

A typical DomFit Workout consists of 2 to 4 basic exercises, with 2 to 5 rounds for each. It can last up to 15 minutes.
It must always be performed accurately in regards to the time, which should be measured by a large, visible wall clock or by the class leader.

Where can you practice?

DomFit exercises can be done in your own home, in a public gym, or in the fitness club together with the group.

We share our knowledge and experience with you, motivate you to change your diet and increase your physical activity, and above all we provide a ready-made training program.

For those who have a suitable room, we can help arrange your own mini-gym in your home.

Exercise Equipment

At DomFit, we use basic fitness equipment, such as pull-up bars, dumbbells, kettlebells, ab wheels, steppers, jumping ropes or small fitness barbells (up to 50kg). You can buy them from any sports store.

Timing and Recording Results

One of the most important elements of DomFit training is timing and recording results. This allows you to effectively control the progress of the exercises or the progression of the person exercising. Members can use the phone app to make it easier.

Decreasing the level
of Difficulty

Depending on the physical fitness level of the person exercising, movement restrictions or illnesses, all exercises can be adjusted accordingly (reduced) in terms of load and difficulty.

This allows for them to be also performed by older people, e.g. traditional push-ups can be performed on the knees, and the weight of the device (barbell or dumbbell) will always be matched to individual capabilities.
It’s important that the performance of the exercises be technically correct. You cannot increase the weight of the equipment or the pace of the exercise until you have correctly mastered the technique.

Training Motivation

After correctly mastering the technique, the person exercising should gradually increase the equipment weight and reduce the sets time-frame, which will consequently lead to a rise in endurance and strength.

The end result is recorded, increasing your motivation by allowing you to observe your own progression and at the same time compete with others using the app available on your phone.
To help with motivation, we will organise regular DomFit recreational and sports competitions, the first of which is plann ed for March 2021.

All members will be able to test their strength in sports competitions within the appropriate age group. This will provide both new training incentives and additional emotions, as well as allow you to meet many other fitness enthusiasts and benefit from a healthy lifestyle.
