However, it’s worth training not only for the fame and money, but also for the health and well-being, in order to be able to participate in professional competitions.
DomFit for Fighters will help you to either build your strength from scratch, or develop your dynamic and endurance strength to the highest level. It will allow you to gain such strength and energy that when standing on the mat or entering the cage, you will be able to fight at full power until the last second of the match.
Combat sports require a perfect preparation of the player. Not only in technical, tactical and mental terms, but also and above all in terms of achieving a high level of dynamic (exploitable) force, which will allow you to quickly perform an effective technique to end the duel ahead of time. In addition, being in a perfect physical condition guarantees you the ability to maintain a full disposition throughout the fight, even through any possible overtime, so as to achieve the desired goal.
The outcome of duels is usually decided in the final stages of the fight, in the last round or in any overtime. Every good fighter knows how important, even critical, it is to maintain that ability to continue fighting and ultimately dominate the enemy physically, no matter how long it takes.
Preparing a fighter for combat in terms of dynamic (exploitative) strength and endurance strength is linked with a consistently implemented and controlled process of training basic motor characteristics. Only a comprehensive combination of strength training, speed and endurance will provide the expected results. This lays the base for high-dynamic combat techniques throughout the duel, and even throughout the tournament, which can often last for several days.
This unique training program, DomFit for Fighters, was created by Jerzy Domanski, who based it on his many years of experience as a player and his several coaching qualifications. The creator of DomFit for Fighters is an experienced Crossfit L1 Trainer, a Motor Preparation Coach, a Personal Trainer, a former Karate Kyokushin player and currently an active CrossFit player.
This is made possible by the use of more or less difficult versions of the same exercise and of progressively increasing weights.
DomFit for Fighters is based on 30 of the best functional exercises, using the weight of one’s body and basic training equipment such as barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, pull-up bars or jumping ropes. The program contains 100 training workouts which were created on the basis of 30 exercises, and which can be modified in terms of difficulty depending on the degree of exercise. They must always be performed within the time limits.
Each set also includes work with equipment specific to the combat sport, such as kick and punch shields or a boxing bag.
In a week, you should ideally plan for one strength training and 1 to 2 DomFit For Fighters workouts, in addition to the typical combat sport workouts you already do.
This of course depends on your schedule, as well as your level and the preparation period you are currently in.
Using the phone app will allow you to compete online with other players by comparing your performance within Sets. This will give you an additional motivation for training, as you will be able to track your progress and have a taste of victory.
