Who am I?

My name is Jerzy Domanski. I am 63 years old and I have been involved in sports from an early age.

Despite my age, I feel great and I still successfully participate in various sports activities and competitions. My energy and fitness levels are proof that people in their sixties can remain in great shape, enjoy a perfect health and a slim figure.
I started training when I was eight years old in the wrestling section of GKS Dabrowa Gornicza, where I remained for six years. Several years of football and boxing came afterwards.
I then found the Karate Kyokushin, to whom I am still faithful to this day. In 1978 I launched the first Karate section in my city, coaching it for a dozen years. At the same time I took part, together with my pupils, in countless sports competitions.

I also taught tennis classes from 1990 to 2004. At that time I was also very focused on developing the athletic careers of my daughters – Sylwia and Monica – who over the next several years won many Polish championship titles in the youth categories. I have been passionate for many years about Krav Maga, Weightlifting, KickBoxing and Crossfit. This is evidenced by my numerous trainer and instructor certificates.

Why should you trust me?

Everything I do is fuelled by my passion and extensive experience.

 My mission is to help people improve their well-being, better their health, and feel great in a fit body!

I created my own program, DomFit, basing it on my own years of trial-and-error, of often having to make difficult decisions, and of maintaining constant contact with other health enthusiasts.
A sports, health and weight loss program available for everyone. From child to senior, from amateur to professional. 
My aim is to raise awareness about healthy eating and the value of physical movement

Why DomFit?

My many years of experience as a player and a trainer in various sport disciplines allowed me to create my unique concept: the DomFit Program.

DomFit is aimed at anyone who strives to be healthy and fit. Age is no limit here, as members are divided into different groups depending on age and fitness levels, to allow for best results.
You’ll find that you don’t need to train for many hours in order to keep fit. The program is designed so that everyone can do it. All you need to do is follow our recommendations.

Always fit and in good shape

Implementing the DomFit Program, i.e. systematic training, proper nutrition, and work on preserving a mental balance, allows me to maintain a youthful form despite the passage of time.

The science I have learned provides me with a deep theoretical basis. In addition, everything I do is based on my several years of practice and experience. This lays out a solid foundation for working with both amateurs and professionals looking to participate in sporting competitions
