The road to healthy eating – the first stage: a slight modification

Life consists of habits. If you introduce healthy habits into your life, you will quickly notice how easy it is for you to apply them. So start with small steps, not from tomorrow or Monday, but from today!

Limit sugar.
We are not telling you to stop it all at once, but try giving up one or two teaspoons at first. You will begin to sweeten less and less every day until you finally don’t need to anymore. Your favourite coffee or tea will even start to taste more intense.

 Buy a grill pan.
This is the basic kitchen tool for healthy food. You can prepare meat, fish, vegetables, cheeses and other delicacies on it without a drop of extra fat. This way you will reduce the caloric value of your dishes. And it will allow you to bring out their real taste. Eliminate cutlets, and you will notice that you feel much better after a meal than when you cooked everything with fat.

Eat vegetables.
You can eat a portion of rice or meat, but above all you have to eat vegetables. Don’t force yourself if you don’t like beets or spinach, but reach for broccoli, lettuce or tomatoes instead. Choose the vegetables you like. Vegetables are a perfect way to relieve hunger, plus they contain few calories and provide the necessary vitamins and minerals for the proper functioning of the body.

Don’t snack between meals.
but divide your daily calorie intake into 5 meals. Eat them at equal intervals and never skip any meal. This will allow you to maintain a feeling of fullness throughout the day, and will eliminate those pesky hunger attacks in the evening. Do not reach for chips, bars or chocolates during the day. However, if you like them, you can eat a small portion from time to time and you don’t need to feel guilty about it.
